Fees and Terms

Conference registration fees:

Early Bird rates ending September 19, 2025:

Early Bird Conference Fee: $295.00 + taxes
Early Bird Student Conference Fee: $115.00 + taxes
Early Bird Emeritus Conference Fee: $115.00 + taxes

Regular rates beginning September 20, 2025:

Regular Conference Fee: $395.00 + taxes
Regular Student Conference Fee: $115.00 + taxes
Regular Emeritus Conference Fee: $115.00 + taxes

Guest tickets:

For the cost of $175 each, you can add up to 2 additional people from your organization to your conference registration. These guests do not need to purchase a regular CIRPA membership, but will be asked to sign up for a free limited membership if they do not already have one. Guest ticket holders will be able to login to our online conference environment separately from the primary registrant to fully participate in all of the conference content – keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, networking events, discussions, and more. However, guest ticket holders will not receive the mailed registration package, be eligible for prizes, have access to recorded content after the archival of the conference event, or have any other rights and roles available to a regular CIRPA member (e.g. attending the AGM at the conference).

Conference fees include the virtual President’s Welcome Reception, Keynote Speakers, and conference sessions.

Note: The 2025 conference is an exclusively virtual event.

General Terms and Conditions for Participants

1. Registration fees

All participants must pay the registration fee prior to attending conference events. All fees are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are assessed based on the participants’ home province/territory for the CIRPA 2025 Virtual Conference. Foreign participants are assessed HST at the highest rate.

CIRPA annual membership dues are not included.

As per the Sponsorship Prospectus, sponsorship packages include conference registrations according to sponsorship level as follows:

  • Grand: Four (4) registrations
  • Platinum: Three (3) registrations
  • Gold: Three (3) registration
  • Silver: Two (2) registration
  • Standard: One (1) registration

Each additional sponsor registration is $175.00 plus applicable taxes. The additional sponsor attendees are NOT required to pay membership dues and are therefore not signed up as members of CIRPA-ACPRI.

2. Cancellation Policy

Individuals who provide notice of withdrawal prior to October 2nd, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50.00 process­ing fee. Beginning October 2nd, 2025, no refunds will be provided.

Between October 2nd and October 20th, individuals who are not able to attend the conference may submit the name of a col­league to attend in their place.

Conference registration closes at end of day on Monday, October 13th, 2025. After this date, purchase of conference registrations will be limited by conference capacity.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikelihood that an event must be postponed or cancelled for any reason, we will notify all those who have pre-registered. CIRPA will issue a full refund to those who have pre-paid.

4. Liability

CIRPA reserves the right to amend any part of the Conference program if necessary at any time.

CIRPA will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, CIRPA accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
