Registration is now open for the CIRPA 2025 Virtual Conference, “Cross-Canada IRP” taking place from October 21-23, 2025!

This year’s fully online event will provide a flexible and cost-effective way for IRP teams to share knowledge and problem solve as we navigate another remarkable year. As Institutional Research and Planning professionals, we engage with our work all across this vast country. Each region, province, and institution brings unique perspectives. This year’s theme underscores the strength of sharing insights and innovations from all institutions — large and small, near and far!

CIRPA members who register on or before September 19:
Early bird Virtual Conference Fee is $295.00 + taxes

Beyond the cost savings, your early registration will also ensure that you receive your special edition virtual conference registration package in the mail prior to the start of the conference. This exciting addition to the virtual conference will include your usual collectible conference items, plus CIRPA swag, items from our sponsors, and ways to help you connect with other delegates.

For $175 each, you can add up to 2 additional people from your organization to your conference registration. These guests do not need to purchase a regular CIRPA membership, but will be asked to sign up for a free limited membership if they do not already have one. This is a great way to bring other data-focused professionals from across your institution to this conference! You can add guest tickets anytime until conference registration closes – don’t wait to get your conference ticket.
