The President’s Welcome Reception and Cocktail is an informal event and will be held on Sunday October 20, 2019. Keep this event in mind when making travel and accommodation arrangements. The purpose of this event is to allow delegates to connect and enjoy some appetizers before meeting colleagues for dinner (dinner on your own).

Monday Social Event held at Cirque Éloize (Monday October 21)

The main social night will be held at home of the world-famous Cirque-Eloize in Old Montreal.  You will not want to miss out on enjoying this amazing venue. The evening features live circus performances (including a trampoline bar and other surprises) and wraps up with a DJ and dancing.  It promises to be a memorable evening.

Pre-conference Workshops will be held on Sunday October 20 from 9am to 4pm (half-day or full day, depending on the workshop).
