Application Overview

CIRPA-ACPRI invites you to submit a proposal to present at our upcoming conference, taking place October 25 – 28, 2026, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. You do not need to be a current CIRPA-ACPRI member to submit a proposal. However, if your proposal is accepted, presenters must hold a 2026 regular or student membership and register for the conference.

All submissions are anonymized and evaluated by at least two members of the CIRPA-ACPRI Programming Committee using a standardized rubric. Proposals are evaluated based on:

  • Quality of the proposal (e.g., soundness of argument, design, analysis, clarity of objectives, interpretation of research – scholarly & practitioner papers, intended outcomes);
  • Significance and relevance to Institutional Research and Planning;
  • Alignment with the conference theme and topic areas; and
  • Overall fit within the conference program, including balance across topics and session types

Reviewer feedback will be provided when the submission contains sufficient information for reviewers to provide such comments.
