As institutions continue to experience constant change during the pandemic with remote course delivery and student experience, the need for community feedback has become essential to understanding the challenges facing university students and the institution. Although this feedback is imperative for institutional planning, there are resource limitations in analyzing open-ended feedback from timeliness to the level of depth. This presentation will share the advancement of context-driven qualitative analysis and data visualization of institutional survey results at the University of Guelph, from where we began to where we are now in collecting timely feedback for university decision making.
