Institutional Planning & Analysis (IPA) has the skills, knowledge and resources to guide and support key institutional quality assurance processes, that inform program-level and institutional decision-making. In relationship with Humber’s Program Planning, Development & Renewal (PPDR) Office, IPA contributed to the development of an integrated annual program quality assessment system. Jelena and Melissa will discuss how this system was developed collaboratively, has enabled users (program administrators and senior leaders) to efficiently access and understand program indicators, and how the process has enhanced evidenced-based decision-making.
