CIRPA-ACPRI supports the professional development of its members through networking and knowledge-sharing to facilitate informed decision-making in Canadian post-secondary education.

The mentorship program aims to match experienced IR practitioners with aspiring staff in a supportive, one-on-one environment and provide both parties with a rewarding professional relationship that is mutually advantageous. The program creates a space and forum for mentees to discuss and seek input from mentors on a variety of topics that could range from career navigation, work roles and responsibilities, and balancing non-work issues. Participants are sought from diverse backgrounds, institution types, geographic locations, and roles.

The program runs from February – December, 2024. Mentees are encouraged to meet regularly with their mentors as well as connect with other mentees over the entire duration of the program.

Regular and emeritus members are eligible to apply. Space is limited.

CIRPA is thrilled to offer this opportunity to its members as we continue fostering social connectedness in the IRP community. If you have any questions about this program, please contact  Matthew Hack at Matthew.hack@durhamcollege.ca.
